Van Fund:
Our van is now 12 years old. We have established a fund for its eventual replacement. Transportation is an important service that we provide for our residents. This service is provided in cooperation with Curative Connections.

Gardens and Outdoor Areas:
We have worked hard to create beautiful garden areas and outdoor spaces on our property. Future plans include more outdoor seating areas, a picnic area and raised planting beds for vegetables. Plans also include storage for outdoor equipment and games that on be enjoyed by residents or their guests.

We plan to replace the fenced in area on the North side of our building. The fence was constructed in 1982 when the building was built and is in need of being replaced.

Our hope is to continue to make our property a beautiful space for our residents to enjoy and be an asset to the neighborhood. Donations toward a specific planting or tree or piece of outdoor furniture as well as any of these projects would be appreciated.
