Fort Howard Apartments is a smoke-free building with spacious one and two bedroom apartments available.

Income Limits:

1 person: Annual income of $23,350 or less

2 people: Annual income of $26,650 or less

Income includes: social security, other retirement benefits, and income from assets, employment, etc.

Rent is based on 30% of income less some medical expenses. Heat and water are included.
